SMS Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to stay connected with Circadia Financial Planning (“Circadia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These SMS Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain how we send short‑message‑service (“SMS”) or text messages to you and what your rights and obligations are when you opt in. By providing your mobile number and opting in—whether via email, over the phone, or through any other channel—you agree to these Terms.

Types of Messages You May Receive

We engage in two-way texting with clients to:

  • Schedule or confirm meetings (e.g., Insight Sessions, annual reviews)
  • Request or acknowledge secure documents (e.g., tax returns, statements)
  • Discuss account or transaction status (e.g., trade confirmations, transfer updates)
  • Share planning or service updates (e.g., questionnaire invitations, new portal comments)
  • Address compliance, regulatory, or security matters (e.g., privacy-policy changes, suspected activity)

Clients may initiate or respond at any time, and every message includes “Reply STOP to opt out.” We never send marketing blasts or unsolicited promotions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and the services you use.

Cost

Circadia does not charge you to receive our texts, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time. Simply reply STOP to any Circadia text. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you re‑enroll.
